Job description:

You will work closely together with our international set-up of colleagues across the world to ensure the highest service level for our customers. Here’s a few headlines describing the type of tasks on your desk:

  • Handling customers’ orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Ensuring accurate data input and monitoring, using ERP systems to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • ERP System Management: Actively using and optimizing ERP systems (Axapta, SAP, Navision) for order tracking, customer requests, and inventory management.
  • Being part of a dynamic international team, working closely with colleagues from all other offices.

  • Proactive, take initiative, and are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Have an analytical approach with attention to detail, especially in handling and processing customer data.
  • Experience with data discipline, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation in all customer-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta, SAP, Navision) and their use in managing customer orders and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Trading/Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English.
  • Competency in MS Applications and ERP systems (Axapta, SAP, Navision), with a focus on data entry, data accuracy, and system navigation.
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Ability to work on-site in the Başakşehir area.
