The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who gets it. Someone who can capture the moment, tell the story, and make people feel something through content. If you’re always thinking “this would be a fire reel,” we need you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recording in-salon content (services, transformations, client moments, team highlights)
• Editing and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Creating reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content that actually connects
• Uploading and organizing content using tools like CapCut and Canva
• Staying on top of trends and helping us tap in at the right time
• Supporting content planning and weekly posting schedules (consistency is key!)
• Helping bring creative ideas to life—from concepts to final post

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone creative, reliable, and ready to move with the pace of a busy salon
• Strong eye for content—angles, lighting, storytelling, all of it matters
• Comfortable recording in real-time and engaging with staff and clients
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience managing or growing a brand page
• Are tapped into beauty, lifestyle, or NYC culture
• Can bring fresh, outside-the-box ideas to the table

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
