Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in franchise management, business development, or a related field (experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced National Franchise Manager to lead the development and management of our growing network of franchise partners in the solar energy sector. This role is crucial in driving our expansion strategy and ensuring the successful operation of franchises in alignment with our brand and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in franchise development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for clean energy. You will act as a bridge between the corporate team and franchise partners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners in target markets.
• Support franchisees in launching and operating their solar businesses effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic guidance to improve franchise operations.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing franchisees.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support franchise success.
• Resolve franchise-related issues and maintain positive relationships with partners.
• Prepare and present regular reports on franchise performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience in franchise management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to travel as needed to visit franchise locations
