National Sales Manager

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and accomplished National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts across the region. Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a robust national sales strategy to meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop regional sales managers and their teams to achieve maximum performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive innovative sales approaches.
  • Deliver effective training and development programs to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the mattress or home goods industry is an advantage.
  • Male.
  • 35 to 45 years of age.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.
