Job Summary:
Naturaleza de Aragon LLC is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Nature Products Coordinator to manage and support the sourcing, development, and promotion of our nature-based products. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet quality standards, align with environmental sustainability goals, and meet customer expectations. This role is key to maintaining the integrity of our product offerings while fostering a positive relationship with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of natural products, ensuring high-quality standards and ethical sourcing practices
• Work closely with the product development team to research, innovate, and bring new nature-based products to market
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any product-related issues
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and assist with the logistics of product distribution
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for new and existing products
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability practices
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand market demand and customer feedback
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming products and ensure they meet company standards
• Prepare and maintain reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, sourcing, or a related role, preferably with nature-based products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in product development or natural product industries
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Passion for sustainability and nature-based solutions
