Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced NEBOSH Trainer to deliver health and safety training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about occupational health & safety and training, including professionals with relevant certifications and up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for NEBOSH courses (IGC / HSW or equivalent).
  • Teach health & safety principles, risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures.
  • Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, and exam preparation support.
  • Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
  • Guide participants on real-world safety practices and compliance.
  • Support workshops and practical training sessions.
  • Stay updated with international safety standards and NEBOSH syllabus updates.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) or higher qualification (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HSE training or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for training and mentoring learners.
