Network and Support Engineer

IT GENICS is looking for a talented and dedicated Network and Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our network infrastructure is stable, secure, and high-performing. You'll also provide essential technical support to our employees, solving problems quickly and efficiently to keep our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Provide technical support to employees for a wide range of hardware and software issues, both in-person and remotely.

Monitor network performance and security to identify and address potential threats or bottlenecks.

Install, configure, and upgrade new network equipment and software.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and support procedures.

Manage Inventory Maintain Proper IT Asset Inventory and proper documentation

Qualifications

Proven 2 years experience as a Network Engineer, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Strong knowledge of TP Link, Mikrotik Router board (TP Link Omada System, Mikrotik Load Balancing, Auto Failover ).

Experience with network equipment from major vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.

Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a patient, user-friendly approach to support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
