Network Engineer

Sybrid is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our IT team in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist in implementing network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network operations and security.
• Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard procedures.
• Implement and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Apply and maintain network security policies, monitor logs, and mitigate potential threats.
• Provide technical support and assist senior engineers with daily operations and on-call support when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with network configuration, routing, and switching.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and network security protocols.
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
