Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Expert to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level networks and ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, ensuring minimal downtime
• Implement network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and patching
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network-related projects
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration/engineering
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with firewall and security technologies
• Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of network design and architecture
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
  
  

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise or telecom environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus
