Your Mission Objectives

If you choose to accept this mission, you will move beyond simple "maintenance" and into "orchestration."

• Construct the Digital Fortress: Design, deploy, and defend our LANs, WANs, and VPNs. You aren't just setting up firewalls; you are building the shield that protects our proprietary data and our clients' peace of mind.
• Ensure the Flow: Our sister companies rely on real-time data. Your job is to ensure the traffic between our automotive ERPs and real estate platforms flows like water—fast, fluid, and uninterrupted. Latency is your enemy; bandwidth is your weapon.
• The troubleshooter’s Instinct: When the red lights blink, you don’t panic—you hunt. You will diagnose connectivity issues before the users even realize they exist, performing root-cause analysis like a forensic scientist.
• Future-Proofing: Technology ages faster than milk. You will constantly evaluate new hardware, protocols, and security measures to ensure Glosix stays three steps ahead of the curve (and the competition).

The Armory (Your Skill Set)

You cannot go into battle empty-handed. We expect you to wield the following:

• The Certifications: CCNA is your baseline; CCNP is your preferred language.
• The Hardware Fluency: You speak fluent Cisco, Juniper, and Mikrotik. You can configure a switch in your sleep and optimize a router while drinking your morning coffee.
• The Protocols: BGP, OSPF, and MPLS aren’t just acronyms to you; they are the laws of physics you manipulate to keep us connected.
• The Soft Skills: You can explain "packet loss" to a non-technical manager without making their eyes glaze over.
