NICU staff nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and detail-oriented NICU Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medication, assisting with procedures, and supporting families through the neonatal care process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the health condition of newborns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate and support parents and family members.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency interventions and resuscitation efforts when required.
• Assist in the development of care plans for NICU patients.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc Nursing/GNM.
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in NICU

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
