NICU Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care for premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate must have experience in neonatal care, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill neonates
• Monitor vitals, oxygen saturation, ventilator settings, and incubator parameters
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and feeds as per neonatologist instructions
• Assist during neonatal procedures and emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and treatment plans
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and NICU safety protocols
• Support parents by providing education and updates regarding newborn care
• Coordinate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive neonatal care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
