Night shift Telesales Executive-Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily with a minimum of 60 quality connections
  • Engage local & international clients to promote Sobha Realty’s off-plan projects
  • Qualify leads and identify high-potential buyers
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate telesales (off-plan experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused
  • Proficient in CRM systems & MS Office
  • Must be comfortable working night shift 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Dubai time)
