About the Role :-

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across various industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Hospitality, and Logistics. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and final selection.
  • Understand the client’s job requirements, industry standards, and organizational culture.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings for various non-IT roles.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Use innovative and cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

3. Screening & Evaluation:

  • Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability based on skills, experience, and personality.
  • Evaluate candidates against job specifications and company culture.
  • Coordinate client interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.

4. Client Coordination & Relationship Management:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage client requirements effectively and ensure timely delivery of shortlisted profiles.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to understand future hiring needs.

5. Offer Management & Onboarding:

  • Handle salary negotiation, offer release, and post-offer follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate engagement to prevent last-minute dropouts.

6. Reporting & Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of recruitment activities in the ATS/Excel.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with major job portals, sourcing tools, and social media hiring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
