Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the nursing department
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care
• Plan, organize, and supervise nursing staff across all units
• Develop, implement, and review nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and accreditation standards
• Manage nurse staffing, duty rosters, and workload distribution
• Lead quality improvement and nursing excellence initiatives
• Foster a positive work culture, teamwork, and professional ethics

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) – required
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management – preferred
• Valid nursing license/registration
• 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
