Job Description:

The Head of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the nursing department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and organizational goals.

• Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning to align nursing services with organizational goals.
• Monitor nursing trends and innovations to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure optimal staff allocation and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, local nursing councils).
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement for the nursing department.
• Implement patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction scores.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified nursing staff.
• Provide performance evaluations, mentorship, and professional development.
• Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and administration for integrated patient care.
• Serve as the key liaison for nursing-related communication within and outside the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
