OCEAN FREIGHT EXPORT SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

• To arrange end to end outbound FCL export operations by sending offer, collecting booking confirmation, invoicing and providing information flow among all stakeholders
• To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions to keep customer satisfaction at highest level
• To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers
• To take GP responsibility on file basis
• To work in line with internal standards as well as customer's standard operating procedures
• Cooperating with ocean freight commercial team, finance, sales and other related teams

Knowledge, Skills&Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Miminum 3 years experience on ocean freight operations
• Good English skills (both written and spoken)
• Effective use of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication, coordination and organisation skills
• Customer focused, excellent team player
• Rigorous, careful and solution focused
• No military service obligation for male candidates
