OD&Effectiveness Intern - 6 Months

JOB PURPOSE

Organizational Development and Effectiveness main role is to support with Diverse OD&E Projects and Activities

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or any relevant degree.
• Passionate about Data Analysis and dashboards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn

Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in HR preferably organization development role.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel Functions
• Familiar with HR platforms and tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the adoption of HR Technology Projects
• Assist in Maintainenance of employee data integrity in MAGRABI systems by regularly updating, analyzing, and auditing data across regions
• Report across different P&C systems portals the needed analysis, raising a flag regarding discrepancies.
• Assist in Maintainenance of the company's job descriptions library and updating it to ensure that all jobs are accurately described and reflect the job's nature and specifications.
