Position: Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Odoo Developer with hands-on experience with Odoo Enterprise (V17/18/19). The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing core modules, developing new applications,automations, and integrating Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure, customize, and extend Odoo core modules (POS, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Ecommerce etc.).

· Develop custom Odoo applications and features aligned with various business requirements.

· Integrate Odoo with third-party software, APIs, and Odoo Third-Party modules.

· Design and implement data migration scripts and ensure smooth transition from legacy systems.

· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across multiple Odoo environments (Community & Enterprise).

· Create and maintain automated workflows, scheduled actions, and server actions to streamline business operations.

· Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Maintain version control (Git) and follow best practices for code review, testing, and deployment.

· Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across Odoo instances.

· Provide technical documentation, training, and support to internal teams.

· Stay up to date with Odoo updates, community modules, and healthcare ERP trends to propose improvements.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in developing, customizing and implementing Odoo Enterprise, preferably with an agency working with a diverse set of clients

· Expert proficiency in backend and frontend Odoo development using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/sprints, and meet deadlines.
