Position: Odoo Functional Consultant
We are currently seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and business processes to develop tailored Odoo solutions.
• Configure, Implement and customize Odoo modules according to specific business requirements.
• Deliver training and support to clients and users, ensuring smooth adoption of Odoo applications.
• Partner with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather feedback and discuss project updates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and functional specs.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates and features within the Odoo ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated 3 - 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on involvement in a minimum of 4–5 full-cycle Odoo implementations (including Odoo SH, SaaS, and Community versions).
• Strong understanding of business workflows and experience in requirements gathering.
• Execellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Open for travelling

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Odoo certification(s) will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience with other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL for effective data handling within Odoo databases.
• Exposure to BI tools for data analytics and reporting within Odoo.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases to validate Odoo customizations and features.
