Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to map them effectively to Odoo ERP functionalities. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, configuring Odoo modules to meet business needs, and providing training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business operations, objectives, and system requirements. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis.
• Odoo Module Configuration: Customize and configure Odoo modules—such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR—to meet client-specific needs.
• Implementation Oversight: Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Training & Support: Train end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including configuration records, customization notes, and user guides.
• Testing: Perform rigorous system testing to verify that developed solutions meet client expectations.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues during and after implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new Odoo features and ERP trends; recommend enhancements to optimize client systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
