One of our client is looking for Odoo Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and system needs.
  • Design, configure, and implement Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Create functional requirement documents and coordinate with the technical development team to ensure aligned execution.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.
  • Deliver client training, prepare documentation, and provide functional assistance after implementation.
  • Test and validate configurations to maintain high-quality performance standards.
  • Continuously identify process improvement and automation opportunities within Odoo.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Solid command of Odoo’s core modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing).
  • Experience in process mapping, system configuration, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple client projects efficiently.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
