Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expanding team. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into efficient Odoo ERP solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients throughout the entire implementation cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business workflows, objectives, and system requirements
• Map client needs to appropriate Odoo ERP functionalities

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR

Project Management

• Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Training & Support

• Conduct user training sessions
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption

Documentation

• Develop detailed documentation, including configurations, customizations, and user guides

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform comprehensive system testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements

Issue Resolution

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues during and after implementation

Continuous Improvement

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo updates and ERP trends
• Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies is an advantage
• Odoo certification is a plus
