Odoo Implementer
We are looking for a skilled
Odoo Implementer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing,
and supporting Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities

Implement and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.

Configure and deploy Odoo solutions for different departments such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.

Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations.

Optimize performance and maintain stability of Odoo systems.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Provide user training and documentation for implemented solutions.

Support system upgrades, migrations, and ongoing improvements.
Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience working with
Odoo System
.

Good understanding of
Odoo functional modules
such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, or CRM.

Basic knowledge of
Python
and the
Odoo ORM framework
to understand customizations and work with developers.

Good understanding of ERP implementation processes and business workflows.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in system integrations and API development.

Familiarity with
data migration and data import tools
within Odoo.

Experience in gathering requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting end users.
