Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Odoo Project Manager role responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP for GW Products’ AI-powered distribution operations. The Odoo Project Manager will gather requirements from stakeholders across sales, warehousing, logistics, and finance, translate them into functional specifications, and configure Odoo modules to support streamlined, compliant workflows.
Daily responsibilities include planning and managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing data migration and system testing, and ensuring smooth go-lives and post-implementation support. The role will also involve monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, training users, and collaborating with technical teams on customizations and integrations. The ideal candidate will align Odoo solutions with business goals, ensuring scalability, usability, and strong adoption across the ecosystem.
