Job Objective
To provide hands-on support for the Odoo ERP system, ensuring smooth functionality, user adoption, and coordination with external consultants for system enhancements and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Odoo ERP system, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex matters to consultants when needed.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain system security and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Odoo consultant for upgrades, customizations, and new module implementation.
- Provide day-to-day on-ground support to employees, helping them effectively use the system for their functions.
- Conduct user training sessions and create simple guides/manuals to improve adoption and reduce repetitive queries.
- Perform system updates, patches, and regular backups in coordination with IT.
- Test and validate new customizations or workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor and report on system usage, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply chain) to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Manage day-to-day IT support across the organization, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure new user accounts and workstations.
- Manage user account creation and credentials across platforms including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Linux servers, and internal file servers
- Provide technical assistance and support during the organization’s transition to cloud-based infrastructure, including basic understanding of cloud platforms, user account management, and ensuring data backups and access controls are managed effectively.
- Provide support for internal servers, backup systems, and basic network administration.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, printers, and networked devices.
- Liaise with third-party vendors or service providers when needed.
- Ensure timely IT onboarding and off boarding (email creation, system access, etc.).
- Maintain records of all IT assets and inventory.
- Assist with basic data backup procedures and recovery tasks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows (preferably Odoo).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Good communication and training skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Team player with adaptability.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP system support/administration (Odoo experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in ERP user support, role management, and coordination with technical teams.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
