Job Title: Odoo Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Implement and configure Odoo ERP solutions across various modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs and web services
• Perform database design, optimization, and migration tasks (PostgreSQL)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide performance tuning solutions
• Support system upgrades, deployments, and version migrations
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python and JavaScript code
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Provide technical documentation and user training when required
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and system reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python and Odoo framework development
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and JavaScript
• Experience with Odoo.sh and Linux server environments
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of ERP business workflows and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple Odoo versions and migration projects
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Odoo certification is a plus
