VAU Real Estates is a leading property consultancy specializing in residential and commercial off-plan projects. We help clients invest in properties with confidence. We are looking for a dynamic Off-Plan Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
  • Explain project details, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and virtual or on-site tours where applicable.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Real Estate Agent, preferably with off-plan property experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Hindi or French.
  • Strong customer service orientation and result-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, off-plan project dynamics, and investment trends.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, email, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
