VAU Real Estates is a leading property consultancy specializing in residential and commercial off-plan projects. We help clients invest in properties with confidence. We are looking for a dynamic Off-Plan Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of upcoming real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Explain project details, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Conduct property presentations and virtual or on-site tours where applicable.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Real Estate Agent, preferably with off-plan property experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Hindi or French.
- Strong customer service orientation and result-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, off-plan project dynamics, and investment trends.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, email, etc.).
