Off- Plan Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Property Sales Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in off-plan property sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while representing premium developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and buyers
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance sales team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Multilingual skills are a strong advantage
