Office Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in both administrative operations and customer service, ensuring seamless communication between management, customers, and staff.

Customer Service & Diesel Repair Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
  • Answer phones, schedule service appointments, and coordinate customer-scheduled units.
  • Manage work orders, estimates, and service tracking for the diesel repair shop.
  • Communicate with customers regarding job status, pricing, and repair timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Office Support:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office functions.
  • Organize and maintain mechanic schedules for management and staff.
  • Process work orders, manage invoices, and assist with payroll-related tasks.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new personnel on company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in office administration, scheduling, or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with diesel repair operations or commercial trucking is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
