Al Marwan Group is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with 5+ years of UAE experience in the construction industry to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate should have full knowledge of site documentation, project coordination, and office operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
  • Handle all site and project documentation, filing, and records.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and Site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation systems and reports.
  • Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction company within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of site documentation and project procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control tools.
