We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, and supporting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage general administrative operations of the office.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders and liaise with vendors when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Assist in managing company assets, leases, and service contracts.

Handle office maintenance, safety, and cleanliness in coordination with support staff.

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

Identify organizational procurement needs and prepare purchase requisitions.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor details, and contract terms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or office management role.

Strong organizational and time management skills

.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
