Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to join our construction company in Umm Al Quwain.

The candidate should be proactive, organized, and experienced in handling administrative

tasks in a construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting tenders and proposals.
  • Organize, update, and maintain project-related documents and records.
  • Welcome and assist visitors/guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Draft, review, and manage incoming/outgoing emails, letters, and memos.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings, take minutes, and circulate follow-ups.
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative needs while ensuring the cleanliness

and organization of the office.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, logs, and summaries for management.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a construction company
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
