Office Administrator

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to URGENTLY hire Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client interactions, maintaining timely and professional communication
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups
  • Prepare and share reports, meeting notes, and project status updates with relevant teams
  • Understand client requirements and ensure they are conveyed properly to internal teams
  • Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and feedback with clients
  • Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the office and construction site
  • Handle documentation for site permits, NOCs, and related approvals.
  • Registration and renewals of DEWA, Etisalat, company trade license, Empower, Dubai Municipality etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT.)
  • Ability to multitask / work under pressure
  • Prior experience in dealing with clients is a plus but not manditory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
