Office Administrator

We are a family-owned conex container rental company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This hybrid role combines remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
  • Create and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Respond to customer emails and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping, AR/AP, and invoicing
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail

Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours with a mix of remote and in-office work.

Starting pay is $22.00/hr for a qualified individual with a chance to increase after 60 days based on performance.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
