Office Administrator

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Female – Spouse Visa Preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,200

Company Overview:

Gharbeya is a leading border clearance agent in the UAE, specializing in land cargo transportation for import and export. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain cargo and clearance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Assist in scheduling, data entry, and office documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred (spouse visa holders are a plus)
  • Any degree qualification
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Prior experience in admin or logistics is an advantage

  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
