Job Summary:
The Office Administrator (Senior level) is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, manage the entire team in site coordination, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting various departments including HR, Accounts, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain office filing systems (physical & digital records.
  • Assist Accounts team with basic documentation, invoices, and LPOs
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Support Operations team in scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain proper documentation for projects and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in UAE (Technical Services / Maintenance / Fit-out preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
