Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to be based in our Head Office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction/contracting administration, with proven expertise in handling project-related documentation, contracts, and office operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between head office and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project-related documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee and guide project document controllers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for contracts, correspondence, and project records.
  • Handle overall office administration, ensuring efficient daily operations at the head office.
  • Coordinate with project teams and management to support documentation and administrative requirements.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage documentation and office-related tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction/contracting industry.
  • Prior experience working in a Head Office environment as an Office Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of document control, contracts, and project documentation processes.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and emails) and related documentation software/tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
