Role Overview

We’re looking for a female Office Administrator & HR Coordinator who is organized, responsible, and confident in managing both administrative and HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork, and maintaining a positive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, attendance, and scheduling.
  • Handle internal communication, office supplies, and documentation.
  • Support management in day-to-day coordination and reporting.

HR Coordination:

  • Assist with recruitment, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Handle onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement.
  • Track performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (on-site role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or office management (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.
