Office Administrator – Female Staff Required

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-3 years preferred

We are looking for a dedicated and organized female candidate to join our team as an Office Administrator. You will be the backbone of our daily operations and help keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain office work
  • Coordinate with team for daily work arrangements
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
  • Support HR tasks like attendance and leave tracking

Requirements

  • Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Computer use
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous office admin experience is a plus

Salary: 35000-40000

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
