We’re Hiring: Operation/Tele-Sales assistant – Dubai

Career Launcher UAE is on the lookout for a dynamic, target-driven, and passionate person to be a part of our Dubai branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Counselling – Guide students and parents, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Sales & Target Achievement – Take charge of the admissions funnel and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.

Centre Operations – Manage the daily running of the centre to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery.

Lead Management – Follow up on leads across channels and build lasting relationships.

Marketing & Outreach – Plan and execute school visits, info sessions, and local events to expand our reach.

Customer Satisfaction – Ensure a seamless and positive experience for students and parents.

Reporting & Analysis – Maintain accurate records, analyze trends, and optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in educational sales (preferred), admissions, or center operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Results-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record

Knowledge of the UAE education landscape is a plus
