Office Administrator (with Accounting Knowledge)

Switzel International is looking for a strong and proactive Administrator with basic accounting knowledge to support the CEO. This is a key role that will assist across HR, Accounts, and Business Development (BD) functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Office administrative support to the CEO.
  • Assist in HR activities including documentation, onboarding, employee records, and coordination.
  • Support accounting tasks such as invoices, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation.
  • Support Coordinate with the BD team on proposals, documentation, and client communications.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle office coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups across departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in administration with exposure to accounting tasks.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and office processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
