Office Administrator/Receptionist

Manali Ornaments is a growing company operating within Dubai Free Zone, specializing in the distribution and management of premium ornament and jewelry products for regional and international markets. Our organization focuses on maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational efficiency while supporting business partners and clients across multiple markets.

We are currently seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Dubai Free Zone. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a structured office environment, interacting with clients, and supporting daily administrative operations.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also assisting with administrative coordination to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal office activities
  • Support administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
  • Coordinate office correspondence and internal communication
  • Assist with basic record keeping and office documentation
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
  • Ensure all administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant administrative qualification
  • Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Attention to detail and reliability in administrative tasks
