Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily business operations across multiple business functions including HR, administration, finance, marketing coordination, and client servicing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Administration:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and support company culture initiatives.
- Plan and organize internal events, including staff photography and videography sessions.
Business Support:
- Prepare professional company presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize company documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and ensure efficient office operations.
Marketing & Media Support:
- Contribute to content creation, including employee photos, videos, and event coverage.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and maintaining documentation.
Finance & Bookkeeping:
- Handle basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and vendor payment coordination.
- Assist the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
Client & After-Sales Support:
- Conduct customer follow-up calls and provide after-sales service support.
- Ensure client inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and cooperative attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of handling cross-functional responsibilities.
Additional Requirements

- Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
- Candidates on own visa are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
