1. Office Support & Coordination to Assist in daily office operations and general coordination tasks.
2. Help with basic administrative support. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
3. Hospitality & Barista Services Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to staff and visitors using the office barista machine. Maintain and clean the barista machine daily and ensure beverage supplies are replenished. Set up refreshments for meetings and company events.
4. Office Cleanliness & Maintain hygiene of the office premises including pantry, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure daily upkeep of reception, workstations, and meeting rooms.
5. Monitor and manage stock levels of pantry, cleaning, and office supplies.
6. Communicate clearly and confidently in English with staff, clients, and visitors. Handle minor inquiries from guests or vendors politely and efficiently. Offer assistance proactively, with a positive and helpful attitude.
