Position: Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to maintain coordination between the Head Office and site managers. The role involves collecting updates, preparing reports, and presenting consolidated information to the Director
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site staff and managers for daily updates.
Compile and maintain reports for management review.
Prepare summaries and presentations for the Director.
Assist in administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Presentable and well-organized personality.
