Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative and coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, support various departments, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and important documents
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments
  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars efficiently
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate information records
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR and Accounts teams
  • Support smooth office functioning and report updates to management when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
