Office coordinator (Male)

About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator (Male) to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients, providing administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist with document management, filing systems, and record keeping.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
