Job Brief

We are seeking a responsible and organized Assistant Manager – Admin & Support for the warehouse of our newly formed joint venture DP World NLC Logistics. The role is responsible to manage the administrative function and provide support for HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced, people-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced with hands-on experience of administrative management of warehouse utilities, vendor coordination, general administrative services and compliance of set standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth facility management.
  • Support HR in managing HR operational activities on-site as a focal person.
  • Ensure up to date inventory management of office and facility supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.
  • Supervise janitorial and housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure regular upkeep of warehouse facilities, utilities, and office areas
  • Maintain records for office assets, keys and ID cards, issued to staff.
  • Submit relevant vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for timely payment.
  • Coordinate and conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees.
  • Coordinate with head office team over any attendance and leave records related discrepancies of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel files.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day employee queries related to admin and HR.
  • Ensure proper coordination and communication across departments.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on admin activities, expenses, and facility issues.
  • Escalate facility or HR-related issues to the concerned department for resolution.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR and office administration functions
