Admin Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination between departments, handle office resources, and maintain compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle correspondence, filing (physical & digital), and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff for office needs.
  • Supervise support staff (office assistants, drivers, cleaners, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist management with any additional administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
